Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) is a type of linear block copolymer containing PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) polyester hard segment and aliphatic polyester or polyether soft segment. TPEE has both the excellent elasticity of rubber and the ease of processing of thermoplastics, with adjustable hardness and free design. It is a new variety of thermoplastic elastomers that has attracted much attention.
ULI-ECO provides TPEE with a hardness range of 28D-82D, and the Shore A hardness corresponding to 28D TPEE is 78A (actually measured). 55D, 58D, 63D represent higher hardness TPEE. Our TPEE has good melt fluidity, stable melt state, low shrinkage and fast crystallization. Due to its outstanding mechanical strength, excellent resilience and wide service temperature and other comprehensive properties, TPEE has been widely used in the fields of automobile parts, hydraulic hoses, cables and wires, electronic appliances, industrial products, stationery, and biological materials. Applications, of which the most widely used in the automotive industry, accounting for more than 70%.

The excellent properties of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) make it suitable for flexible parts that require high mechanical strength and durability, and are mainly used in the following industries:
■ Automobile: CVJ dust cover, steering gear sheath, shock absorber sheath, dust cover, traction coupling cover, remote bellows, engine air intake duct, airbag cover, automotive satellite antenna wire buckle, rear Suitcase lock assembly, door lock assembly, door handle sealing ring, shock absorbing plate, silencer gear, pipe plug, plug, ball head, window glass shock absorbing seat, shock absorbing chassis, chassis rock-resistant coating, etc.
■ Electrical appliances: welding handle cable sheath, electrical elastic buttons, cordless telephone radome, wires and cables, instruments and equipment.
■ Industrial manufacturing: seals, conveyor belts, elevator slides, high-pressure washers, tape recorder silencer gears, quartz clock silencer gears, cigarette maker springs.
