    Description

    Polyethylene terephthalate is the most important variety of thermoplastic polyester, commonly known as polyester resin. It is prepared by transesterifying dimethyl terephthalate with ethylene glycol or esterifying terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol to synthesize bishydroxyethyl terephthalate, followed by polycondensation. Together with PBT, it is collectively referred to as thermoplastic polyester, or saturated polyester.

    ULI-ECO provides polyethylene terephthalate that can maintain excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range. It has excellent fatigue resistance, friction resistance, aging resistance, and electrical insulation.     Polyethylene terephthalate has been widely used in plastic packaging bottles, films and synthetic fibers. Use At present, polyethylene terephthalate resin (polyester chip) is mainly used for bottle-grade polyester (widely used in the packaging of various beverages, especially carbonated beverages), polyester film (mainly used in packaging materials, film and tape, etc.) and polyester for chemical fibers.

    1. PET  has good mechanical properties, the impact strength is 3~5 times that of other films, and it has good folding resistance.
    2. Resistant to oil, fat, dilute acid, dilute alkali, and most solvents.
    3. Polyethylene terephthalate can be used for a long time in the temperature range of 55-60 ℃, short-term use can withstand high temperature of 65 ℃, and can withstand low temperature of -70 ℃, and the mechanical properties of high and low temperature have little effect on it.
    4. The gas and water vapor permeability is low, and it has excellent gas, water, oil and odor performance.
    5. High transparency, can block ultraviolet rays, good gloss.
    6. Non-toxic, tasteless, hygienic and safe, can be directly used in food packaging
